Can't add track list

I can't seem to add a track list to http://vgmdb.net/album/35580. Everytime I try it tells me that i need to fill out all information for all of the discs when there is only need for one disc because it was a simple 4 track digital release. There is a space for 2 discs but it is unneeded.

Here is the tracklist if anyone cares to see if they can do it:
