Tried to add as many sources i can, but i just can't find source infos on the 8~10 tracks. I managed to dig the original tracks and games for the first few tracks, but the album is linked to "Shirokuro" and "Noah Garden", but where are those products from? The site or scans don't mention those games, only the tracks.

Noah Garden is a game by Monochro Antenna and is presumably what 崩壊する希望 is from, though I can't verify it -> https://vndb.org/r7041

Ah good call, i simply took the credits from the site which said "2.Clover Heart's / Manack ,真理絵(Alcot)". Thanks for digging out the rest
