Are these related to the DS game or to some anime?

Yes, both the game and these CDs belong to the Tetsudo Musume franchise from Tomytec (originally a figure series) and feature the same characters. It seems the seiyuu are the same too.

Though the DS game came out in November 2008 and the character song series started in June 2007. So these CDs are related (same seiyuu as the game) but were not created specifically for the game.
