Prolly because it's not specified what tracks she performs (in the notes).

I think it's kinda obvious that it's only "Answers". I would be very surprised if not.

That's the thing - it's not obvious for people who aren't familiar with FF music. So it has to be specified in the notes. Also composer breakdown should be added sooner or later.

So are these new recordings from the new Distant Worlds release? Old Distant Worlds recordings? From the original soundtracks?

these would be original soundtrack versions (i.e. from the games). Much like the Dear Friends/More Friends discs.
