The artwork and other data shown are for the CD release (http://www.shochiku-music.com/datapage/cd_ka_cube.html), remains unclear if the cover will be used for the digital edition as well.

Digital edition got released, features 3 additional tracks.

I guess Digital Edition can be added to the database
