I am not sure about my entry.

This is the original soundtrack for the Xbox 360 remake (for the 10th anniversary) of the game Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversay.
Though it's a complete remaster from the original Xbox game. So does it qualify as an OST or a remaster? (both?)

Concerning the credits, not sure either how to credits the "adaptors" ?

Feel free to fix my entry if needed.

On a last note, for the moment the only place i have seen the soundtrack available is on GameStop.

Both, I'd say. Both Vagrant Story and Mother, amongst one or two others, list both, and this makes sense to me. All the Rockman Remastered Tracks albums actually don't list Original Soundtrack, but I'm assuming it's all just rearranged music. However, this album really confused me.

Anyway, if it's the original soundtrack content, just remastered, then I'd say it's definitely both classifications.

There used to be a classification that was soon canceled. You can read a related story here.

I don't know if getting the artist credits from the staff roll really clears up the roles Tom Salta and Brian Trifon played on the score so keeping the status quo with those two.
The staff roll does firm up the roles of Lennie Moore and Paul Lipson, however, and it shows that Lipson had no hand in arranging or orchestrating the music so I've removed him from the arranger field.
