Previous edit to the composers was unsourced and incomplete. I changed it to match the composers listed at SEMO:

It's definitely possible to better those credits, but I'm not sure if it's possible to get complete ones. Detailed credits are available in the booklet for disc two, but not disc one for this album and its predecessor. I assume the disc one credits might be available in the Monster Hunter 1 and Monster Hunter 2 soundtracks, but I don't own those releases.

That's where your help is required to step in and fix them.

I'd like to help with adding some unofficial translations that can perhaps be used on the site. I mostly used Monster Hunter Freedom Unite's gallery titles for a lot of the song titles, where applicable, but they work, I think. The English names of the monsters are at least included.

These are how I have the titles tagged:
Disc 1:
1. Roar / Rathalos
2. Ancient Rhythm / Rathian
3. Crimson Horn / Monoblos
4. Poison Mist / Gypceros
5. Earth Fissure / Gravios
6. Moving Sacred Mountain
7. March for the Hero
8. Final Decisive Battle
9. Roar of the Wolf / Yian Garuga
10. Shadow in the Tempest / Kushala Daora
11. Empress of Flame / Teostra & Lunastra
12. Deep Forest Illusion / Chameleos
13. Lao-Shan Lung!?
14. A Challenge to a Great Rival / Shen Gaoren
15. Floating Mountain in the Sky / Yama Tsukami
16. Golden Mane / Rajang
17. The Roaring Dragon Bares Its Fangs / Tigrex
18. The Supreme Ruler of Hellfire / Akantor
19. Legend of Flight
20. Ancient Dragon

I'll work on Disc 2 later, but hopefully after some suggestions/feedback, or whatever.

They look great to me, we should use those.

You missed one track between 15 and 16 though, which I think would be "Golden Mane / Rajang"

EDIT: I've added your translation, thanks. The only change I did is the "~" instead of "/" like in the JP for a few tracks, to separate them from the monsters' names.

Thanks for catching that.

Here's what I have for Disc 2; not as many changes as Disc 1:
1. Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G
2. Deep Sea of Green ~ Noon
3. Alluring Lullaby
4. Sleeping Bird in a Sea of Trees / Hypnocatrice
5. Angry Snow Lion / Blangonga
6. Jungle Glutton / Congalala
7. Twin-Horned Raging Tyrant of the Desert / Diablos
8. Poison Swamp Crab General / Shogun Ceanataur
9. Magma-Swimming Wyvern
10. The Flaming Devil Clad in Magma / Lavasioth
11. Legend of an Unexplored Land
12. Chill of the Water
13. Deep Sea of Green ~ Evening
14. On Swift Wings
15. Red Afterglow Running in the Darkness / Nargacuga
16. Awakening Chapter ~ The Song that Keeps the Soul
17. Bonus Track

EDIT: Cleaned up translations on some of the tracks, noted on both posts with italics.

Retranslating some of these tracks and thought I'd note an important change.

In the localization for the Monster Hunter games, "竜" (dragon) is translated as "Wyvern" so as to put a distinction between the regular Monsters that are fought and the "古龍種" (Old Dragon Species), localized to "Elder Dragons" (which are pretty much just the most powerful or rare Monsters, many aren't actual dragons). There's been a lot of discussion about the difference between "Dragon" and "Wyvern" specifically in Monster Hunter and how that applies to the Monsters, as Monsters like the "Brute Wyverns" aren't wyverns at all and how Monsters like Tigrex and Nargacuga, classified as "Flying Wyverns", are hardly wyverns either. But for the sake of consistency to the localization, which I think does well making that distinction between the two kinds of Monsters, "竜" will be translated as "Wyvern".
