Default Collection count error

About a week ago I was re-arranging my collection and deleted a folder of albums, including its contents (on purpose). I assumed this would remove the albums from my collection, and it did ... sort of. The count at the top of the page still includes the deleted albums, and each individual album page still shows the albums as being in my collection.

I tried clearing out my entire collection, thinking that might clear out the ghost entries, but it didn't. (I only have a dozen albums so it's not a hassle to add them back.)

Does anyone know how to fix this (if it can be fixed)? Any help is greatly appreciated.
