Well, this title got translated when someone on Gamingforce bought the album from YJA about 5 or 6 years ago, so it's no surprise that an error was carried over from back then. When I added this, it was compartmentalized in my mind as an album for which someone else had already done the legwork.

I'm pretty sure that PC-Engine was a mistake too.

Kyoujin no Megami is the correct subtitle for the game which was never released here. WWWJdict lists Kyoujin as an Assassin's Dagger, which I think is probably a better translation, but I'm not going to second-guess "Evil Blade" (which is what the English language sites are using) until I see some other opinions on the translation.

"Evil Blade" is a more literal translation. It's probably safer to go with that if we don't have further information about its in-game context.
