N/A: Anno 1404 Bonus DVD

I added the tracklist exactly how you can find it on the bonus DVD.

Should we keep tracknames like this, or should we try to present them a bit better..?
(ex: battle_hymn could be Battle Hymn)

As written on the notes, the so called soundtrack is just mp3 files.. without any real order, just alphabetically.

We might want to have 2 tracklists, one wit the raw filenames (I assume that's where those come from), and one with a nice-ified version, which could come from the track title tags in the mp3 files.
