At 2:33 in this game's OP movie, it credits the soundtrack to Hideki Yamamoto.

Also, according to the credits in the booklet for TILDE GAME MUSIC COLLECTION VOL,6 TILDE ⇔ REIKA [TILDECD-07], Hideki Yamamoto composed "FLY" as well, not Keishi Yonao.

Here's the page in the booklet with the credits:

Lastly, is there any particular reason we're using "Tohnosawa" instead of "Tounosawa" for the title?

Interesting! Well, as is typical of Japan, they didn't account for the elongated vowel in their romanization under the name, so I'm still not sure if we should go with Tounosawa or Tohnosawa. Sometimes the official romanization used in the game will have the less common "Toh" style (with the added 'h'), but I can't seem to find anything official with that.

I got a sealed copy of this one. I added images of the case sealed (front, back), booklet (front, back, inside), disc, Obi, tray, and back. The back of the booklet confirms what I found in the credits video. All music was composed by Hideki Yamamoto.

I'll add the rest of the credits in the notes section.

It looks like this game had another version of this soundtrack. Perhaps an enclosure or retailer bonus: https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/b556431822

Update: I found this other listing for the game and it does come with the bonus version of the soundtrack above: https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/n410159523

And here's this version of the game on Suruga-ya: https://www.suruga-ya.jp/product/detail/145009107
