N/A: Magical Princess Silky Lip Soundtrack CD

It's nice to see a game finally get a soundtrack release after 16 years. Tracks 1 to 16 are from the original 1992 Mega CD version by Telenet, theme songs composed by Shinobu Ogawa included. Thing is I can't really determine composer credits for the BGM -- the credits roll (at 2:00) indicate that Takaharu Umezu and Minoru Yuasa were also involved, but probably in sound effects and production instead. (Eoit: sorry, that was the PC-Engine version, here's the one for Sega CD, which just credits Takaharu Umezu for sound production.)

As for the PC remake soundtrack, Waffle isn't very helpful with composer information
