I uncovered the existence of a Super Real Mahjong OVA, and the song credits are on Anison Generation.
The title is "Super Real Mahjong: ♡Kasumi♡Miki♡Showko no Hajime mashite".

I don't think an album with clearly written seta game music on front had planned to use some material for an ova 4 months later
I mean, ova shouldn't be added
