I don't doubt it's the transcription of the game manual in the slightest, but to confirm, is Yukihiro Jindo really listed as the composer and part of Falcom sound team jdk? Jindo has never scored anything so far, and I think he's been a freelance artist and never part of Falcom's sound team either (he counts as the member of jdk BAND though). I can see why Wataru Ishibashi and Takahide Murayama aren't listed, since they left Falcom (Ryo Takeshita's name will be omitted on the localized versions of SC and 3rd. The more recently departed Masanori Osaki will be also treated the same way in the future).

I feel this is one of the case where we should put more weight on "fact" than "what the booklet states". XSEED Games is after all the localizer. It sometimes happens that one VGMfan knows more than Xseed Games, as seen in the small incident of Little King's Story.

Lastly, the VA of Olivier Lenheim here remains the same as the Japanese version?

I'm having the same suspicions as you are currently, but that's what's listed in the game manual. I was initially thinking about just transferring the artists from the japanese soundtrack since we already know them and the sources say so too. Just for the fact that Ishibashi and Murayama aren't even mentioned at all is suspicious enough to deny the information provided.

I agree with you 100%. It's hard to believe anything unless it's straight from the developers themselves nowadays.

Yes, however, he doesn't perform any vocals (he plays the guitar) as I just found out. So.... I believe this is Kohei Wada that's playing the guitar based on this album (track 3 in particular). I removed the character from the "performed by" section.

I'll leave it up the staffers if they wish to leave the information from the manual available in the notes section, perhaps for verfiying if Jindo did compose for this game. Need to transfer artist credits from this album to this one if this composer issue has concluded.
