Yep, looks like a dupe.
A person who submitted it must have made a mistake = year 2013, instead of correct 2012 one. That is IF he/she used that Rakuten page as a source. And that page is the only one I see with D3P-ane-001 catalog number... Kinda strange that it starts with "D3P", makes it look legit given that D3 Publisher is a publisher. Might need some looking into to figure where's the source of mistake (possibly that Rakuten page is at fault?)

Also it would be strange for a re-print to come out exactly 1 year after original release. Too soon, too precisely on the same date.

All that you said is exactly what flooded my mind when I saw this entry.

And I agree, possibly the submitter made a mistake and forgot to change the 2013, as I know it has happened to me on occasion.

Another point of interest regarding the catalog number is the image they use has D3PR-0027 instead. Maybe D3P-ane-001 is a number specific to the website? Just a guess using this and this as reference.

D3P-ane-001 might be a number from the back of the disc. Anyway, I'm treating it as a dupe.
