The problem is that a few different takes seem to be used for the 'subtitle' ("ZX Tunes", "ZX Gigamix", etc); quotation marks, hyphens, and nothing at all.

I honestly don't know what's best, I just noticed that this album uses hyphens on the front and went at it. Looks better than quotation marks, anyway...

A no brainer is capitalizing the subtitle, leaving the main title 'normal'; again ZX Gigamix wants to be the odd one. I say consistency prevails.

I know this is splitting hairs, but I was looking at the tracklisting here and I noticed something I hadn't before.

1-17: Fate - deep-seated grudge

Can a grudge be "deep-seated"? I'm thinking they meant "deep-seeded" but I know we go by what's on the cover, especially in this case since the track listing is in English.

I've heard the phrase "deep-seeded" but not "deep seated" in relation to a grudge, but I won't rule it out. I mean it could be a phrase specific to another region.
