I found one on YJA for 15,800 yen in mint condition. I saved a little over Amazon's lowest marketplace prices.

Twice in a row, I saw this sell for 25,000 yen on YJA, so I'm pretty happy with my "good" deal.

I completely understand why no one talks about this album, despite the fact it is first rate. Only insane people like myself end up with these things.

It's a GREAT album though. Both the original sounds and the arranges. Blew my mind first time I listened to it, given how obscure it is.
