Default Problem adding tracklists for multiple discs

Hi, I'm new to editing VGMdb and I seem to have found some sort of bug.

I was adding a tracklist for the Street Fighter 25th Anniversary Collector's Set since there wasn't one yet. Since I just registered and wasn't sure what I was doing, I decided to only add the tracks for Disc 1 at first as a test. After that, I figured out how to add additional discs, so I went back and tried to add the track listings for the other discs.
Only now, when I try submitting them, the site tells me there are "no edits detected" and doesn't accept any of it.

Did I mess something up or is this a bug I've triggered?

The only way to add new discs to an existing tracklist is to add a new tracklist. If you add that, and set it as default, I'll delete the old one-disc tracklist.

I had another question, on the page above the Performer isn't linking. Does this had to do with high status in the community as well?

you can add time lengths when you want
however, in the future, use the "Discuss" link available on each album page

Yes. Linking is done manually by staff and trusted editors.
