Info is pretty slim on this one, Any help is appreciated!
Spotted on Yahoo Japan Auction. http://page5.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/e84062036

Catalog number is identifiable on the bottom right cover.

The logo on the bottom left is used by NEC Avenue, although this Promo is from 1988 and currently NEC's earliest album in the database is in 1991, so this could be very early works

I'd guess the artists would be "3dl" for 3 deciliter, and that only the first track is from a PC-Engine game. (the other 2 probably being other works).

Although a quick search didn't yield a match for a game with "Andromeda" in the title though, but PC-Engine logos abound, so there must be some game represented here...

Yeah, I found the release date, but couldn't find any information about a game. Maybe it's something more general like a song from commercials for the game system itself.

Ahh, yeah it could be advertising for the system itself, as it came out 10/30/1987 in Japan

The scan labeled Tracklist should help with the artist/vocalist names as it seems to list the individuals.

The second half of the title of the first track is "'PC Engine' Image Song."

Filled in the artists. 3dl is some Japanese group of one guy (the composer) and two gals (lyrics for tracks #2 and #3), here is very slightly more about them, and here is another one of their CDs.

I think the catalog number might be "N00C-1," those kind of look more like zeroes than o's to me. Kind of hard to tell for certain, though.

I've got the original coming in a few weeks. I found one on YJA with a "buy it now" for 800 yen. Will submit scans.
