A while ago I saw a Yahoo Japan Auction which had a cassette version of this album.
The cassette version contains 10 of the 11 tracks (track 11 is excluded) and the cover art is different. Pic 1 Pic 2 Pic 3 Undecided whether it warrants it's own entry or a child album entry just yet, as these 3 pics are all the info I have. |

Is the catalog number 26CE-1002? I have that in my notes, but I always figured it was a complete printing, and not one with an excluded track. This could be something different.

Mongol Empire for the win! A wonderful find. Quite memorable A great 1989 gem on an average soundtrack. Would loved to have seen the scene where this played or played it myself. The Rider's Dance was an interesting listen as well. I enjoyed the little quiet time between the more bombastic dance portions.

I find Mongol Empire to be one of the less memorable tracks on this otherwise very good CD. Coronation Ceremony and Memory of Time are much more recognizable for example. But you are right about Rider's Dance. Great arabic style melody line, love it too.
