So... I suspect this "Akiko Fujita" (role: FLUTES) is actually... AKIO FUJITA.

I can't speak to Akio, but the artist 藤田朗子 we have the kanji for apparently plays the piano, not the flute.

Even in the japanese version of the game he is credited as Akiko Fujita.
