C25G-0198: MIYUKI Music Issue Part 2

Oddly haven't found good scans and not exaustive infos apart one blog. Masamichi Amano, Takeshi Saito were reported as composer/arrangers of BGM tracks.
The blog is surely genuine since it has the correct composers for Volume 1 album I will add soon and compared with good scan I have, anyway if Amano is ok surely, I'm not sure about if Saito is the same in this database.
From scans, I linked each BGM to those composers recognizing where there's a three characters name (Saito) and a four character name (Amano), they should be 100% accurate
