I found the original release price to be 1000 JPY from https://web.archive.org/web/20040813.../ffcdzero.html

A combination of various different internet archive sources and extra data info found within the disc were used for the notes and other album edits.

Sorry I kind of screwed up the covers: VGMdb said I needed to be a registered member after I submitted them so I did it a few more times until it worked but the originals that I first submitted were kept for some reason.
