KICA-1104: The Silent Service Game Original Soundtrack

Could anyone tell us which game(s) & which platform(s) is (are) represented on this album ?
(tracks 1-2 & tracks 20-30)

This album was released on 92, and i can't find which game it was related (there is the game on Playstation but this one was released on 2000, that's 8 years after this album)

The game is based on the manga & anime "Chinmoku no Kantai", and of course, have nothing to do with Microprose' Silent Service (released on 90).
