At first I thought it was mo02.jpeg, but I was puzzled since the number of scans for the booklet is odd - and it should be even with single page scans...

actually, I think you could use Otome instead of Maiden
in the anime, there are those fighting "cosplayed" girls called Otome (hence the title My-Otome)

EDIT: oh I forgot, the tray has Otome and not Maiden (as I thought but as I said, I had forgot ^^; )

EDIT 2: it'll be better to use the title of the cover, just Otome no hanazono (without translating it), no?

I copied the spelling of 増本麻理 (cello) from PKCF-1009. Zanasea translated the credits there, so I trust this info.

I couldn't find a solid source that confirms Kazuya Kikuchi as the reading for 菊地和也, so I've changed to the kanji name.
