There are a few albums in my collection that I bought from Carl. Off the top of my head, I got the Toy Music 2, Silhouette Mirage, and Seikaju no Meikyuu albums from him.

Seanne,

I dare say that may be more TokiMemo albums than I have. And that's saying something.

As said, you can get them from vgmworld.com (maybe they are available from other places too, I have no idea). Note that apart from the slips for single and double (3-4 disc) cases they can also sell you slips that fit those Japanese 2-disc cases (Biohazard 3 OST uses this), but you'll have to ask them as they aren't listed on the site.

Wow, I did NOT know that! That'll make Armored Core: Nexus SO much prettier.

Found a decent digital camera, took some less-than-decent pictures.

Congrats! I've been looking for that Red Arremer AST too for quite a while now, but no luck. Also Game Sound DECO is a nice find, doesn't show up too often.

I never understood this obsession about sealed albums. What purpose has the album if you can't use it?

Ha ha well I suppose the price was good too yes! :O)

It's fine if you don't understand, really, you don't have to. I usually try to own a second, used copy I can listen to, but I won't open a rare, old album if that's how I bought it.

And I just find it beautiful to have an old sealed album, it's like being back in the 90s (when I was a kid that is, and barely knew what a NES was).

Ok.... here is my very respectable collection.

After many, many, many, many, many changes... I've finally found my 35 keepers.

1st row Chaos Field, Kaiser Knuckle, Final Fantasy IV, Silent Hill 2, Let's Tap, Raiden II, Gran Chaser

2nd row Driving Emotion Type-S/Bushido Blade, Gaia Crusaders, Ai Cho Aniki, Super Mario World, Akumajo Dracula Best 2, Ninja Blade, Ys Origin

3rd row Super Darius II, Salamander II, Tempest 2000, Giants Citizen Kabuto, Headhunter Redemption/Headhunter, Tommy Tallarico Greatest Hits Vol. 1, Myst V : End of Ages

4th row Freedom Fighters, Daiva Image Album, Street Fighter EX Arrange, Raystorm Neu Tanz Mix, Burai Prototype, Ys I & II Perfect Collection, Mushihimesama Double Arrange Album

5th row Claymore, Blind Spot, Dance!, Carnaval, 2197, Lost Files, Battle Garegga CD/DVD Set

So 17 Japanese OSTs

6 Western OSTs

6 Japanese Arrange albums

6 Japanese Original albums

It may not look like much.... but I'm quite satisfied with my choices.

No other albums will be acquired. Ever.

Currently, living conditions inside the "VGM Cabinet" residence is a pretty cramped. A while ago, the shelves started to bend slightly in the center, due to the combined weight of all the CDs. As a short-term solution, I had to move most albums towards the edges, where the shelves are much more sturdier.

Fear not, however; for my VGM CD's cries for better living quarters have not fallen on deaf ears...

Have some high-res photos of Armored Core soundtracks, EGG MUSIC RECORDS releases, Ryu Umemoto soundtracks and CAVE stuff. Large images so I won't embed.

For some unknown reason I forgot the Ketsui EXTRA/DoDonPachi DOJ EXTRA album.. I'll also be getting three more CAVE albums within a few days (Mushihimesama, DDP Dai-Fukkatsu and DDP DOJ/Ketsui). I guess I'll update the pictures then!

Default ★Show off your VGM CD collection!★

So has the coolest collection out there to date? Who can take the title of being a legit "VGM Freak"? Best way is to see it through pictures. So pull 'em out of the closet, attic, or wherever you keep those discs.

Let us see your treasures °(^_^°( )o^_^)o

My first VGM set before I lost it (also some movie soundtracks ^~^).
Man do I miss those Sonic albums.

My current set

My Cd Player with $30 Logitech speakers and a Yamaha Subwoofer, pretty nasty set

The best way to get these threads rolling is to do it yourself first.

EDIT: Thank you Nisto for pointing out to me just how beast this post is

I did 2 attempts of stacking my collection all the way to the top of a display stand kiosk and both attempts everything came crashing down:

Spoiler:

I will do another attempt tomorrow of getting the display stand entirely taken up by resplendent cds. Ultimately I would like to have a clear cd jacket on all the cds to hold the obis.
