Default BZCM-1057: Heart Of Madness (Reboot Version)/Dry Your Tears (Reboot...
It's written Insert Song on the obi, I guess it's for both songs, but when I look at the corresponding album (Pachinko CR Hokuto no Ken 5 -Hasha- ~Original Sound Track~) on VGMdb, I only see the Reboot Version of "Dry Your Tears":

However on this site it's also indicated that the 2 songs are insert songs:
