MGCD-1037: Tactical Fighter Original Soundtrack ~ DJ Hitomi and Soundtrack

I added new images for this one: case front & back, booklet (front, back, all pages), disc, Obi, tray, back, registration card (front & back). The old images can be deleted.

I copied all of the album credits information into the notes section and added タムタム as the original music composer and arranger. I added the lyricist's name in romaji as it's written in the booklet.

タムタム is the game dev TamTam (or TAM·TAM). The staff roll lists people without giving their roles, but based on the names there the music team is probably Shintaro Hirakawa and Shun-ichi Hanawa. Hirakawa lists the game in his works list (composition/all arrangement & conversion/all SFX) so him for sure at least.
