I got a sealed copy of this one. I added images for everything: Case Front & Back (sealed), Booklet (front, back, front & back, inside), tray, back, Obi, discs 1&2 (front, reverse).

This soundtrack also came with one of two bonuses depending on if you bought it from Stella Worth or Animate (see info on the website linked to this album's entry). This copy came from Stella Worth, so I've scanned the bonus item, which is a four page paper with a side-story written on it. The Stella Worth bonus is supposed to include an illustrated bromide, but I don't have that.

I've updated the catalog number to account for both discs and added track lengths to the track list.
