I'm not 100% sure, but I think 青木征洋 is Masahiro Aoki, a.k.a. Godspeed. The guitar in this video and this blog post are both Suhr Standards and have awfully similar coloration, and the guy in the pic in that blog post kind of looks like the guy in Godspeed's Guitar Idol profile pic (but they're both kind of small).

Amazing research, CHz! The game credits confirms your suspicion. Besides, I think 森本章之 is the second name of this list, Akiyuki Morimoto:

However, I really don't know who is Reo Uratani. He isn't credited in Tsutaya Online and Wave.

I just noticed now that that blog post I linked actually does say that 青木征洋 is read Masahiro Aoki.

Thanks for the credits! 森本章之 should definitely be Akiyuki Morimoto. Ryo Yoshii and Marika Suzuki have also done sound work for Capcom, so those first four in the special thanks are all sound team members.

The current official tracklist from Sumthing Else contains some funky typos though ('intivation'?). Maybe we should fix them here, while adding the untouched tracklist to the S.E. release (though maybe they'll be fixed later by S.E.).

It's correct to have "Usurper of the Deserted Island / Great Jaggi" (with a space between / and the monster name) and "The Voracious Devil/Deviljho" (without spaces)?
It sounds just strange to me that an official tracklist doesn't have precise standards for these things...

Can someone with a copy of this version of the album check the booklet to see if, like the Sumthing Else printing, there aren't any track-by-track credits, but Reo Uratani is credited as a composer?

I have the Suleputer release and the booklet features track-by-track credits. Also Reo Uratani is credited (romanized) on the back of the booklet together with the other composers.

Sry, but I don't own a scanner nor a digital cam.

Can confirm the official tracklist contains some quite rough localizations. Not up the standard of the game itself, and indeed fails to acknowledge that localization to some extent. Strongly suggest these track names:

101-Monster Hunter 3 (tri-)
102-Invitation from the Guild
103-Welcome to the Life of a Hunter
104-Moga, the Floating Village
105-Bountiful Sea - The Deserted Island
106-Island Usuper - Great Jagi
107-That's Too Bad!
108-Well Done! 3 (tri) version
109-Quickening Pulse
110-Quaking Sea & Shore - Lagiacrus
111-Success!!!
112-Piggie Delight - 3(tri) version
113-Land of Shimmer & Shooting Stars - The Desert
114-Searing Wind & Sand - Barroth
115-A Budding Farm
116-The River's Source - The Flooded Forest
117-Snare in Murky Waters - Gobul
118-The Ship Has Come!
119-Call of Tranquility - The Tundra
120-Sub-Zero White Knight - Barioth
121-Lullaby of the Gentle Waves
122-Mountain of Hot Ashes - The Volcano
123-And The Mountains Shook - Agnaktor
124-Weaver of Tales
125-Passing of A Legend
126-Abyssal Moon
127-Moonquake - Ceadeus
128-Spoken of Forever
129-Unto the Living
130-Hidden Track 1

201-Loc Lac, Fortress of the Great Desert
202-Straw Hut Memories
203-Wheat Field Promenade
204-Badlands Hunters
205-Casa D'oro Del Monstruo
206-Inseparable Bonds - The Arena
207-Put Your Backs Into It! - The Arena
208-The Great Loc Lac Harvest Festival
209-A Moment's Rest
210-Legend of the Undersea Ruins
211-A Masterful Beer After Work
212-The Voracious Demon - Deviljho
213-Failure!!!
214-Much Well Done~!!
215-Airships & Shooting Stars
216-A Luxurious Time
217-O Loc Lac, Stand Forever
218-Even Hunters Wanna Dance
219-The Time Has Come
220-The Peak Floating on a Sand Sea
221-Sound the Gong, Unleash the Ambush!
222-Song of Triumph
223-Mark of a Hero - 3 (Tri) Version
224-Hidden Track 2

Notes:

110: While trembling would read a bit better in English, the amount of shaking implied is quite strong, on the level of an earthquake.

120: The "knight" part has always struck me as odd. The monster's Japanese nickname/title is 氷牙竜, "ice tusk wyvern", nothing about a knight. That said, I'm truly not aware of another subtext to, or way to read 騎士. Perhaps its contoured, layered scales remind the composer of layered armor plates?

123: The "sound" is reverberating, shaking the mountains, and the way it's put is slightly poetic. I'd prefer "...and the Mountains Shook", but wouldn't go so far as to add an ellipsis where there isn't one.

205: This is Italian for the "Golden House of the Monster", most likely referring to the Loc Lac Guild Hall being a taven.

220: Jhen is not mentioned by name. The 峯山 in 砂海に浮かぶ峯山 is "mountain peak" not 峯山龍 which is Jhen's Japanese nickname/title. ("mountain peak dragon").

I saw in the edit history that the English tracklist had fixed some of the spelling mistakes that the Sumthing Else release had and decided to fix a few remaining ones, these being;
1-02: Invitation from the Guild (v changed to t)
1-12: Poogie's Great Delight / 3(tri-)Version (apostrophe added)
1-14: Earth Sand and Fiery Winds / Barroth (Firey to Fiery)
1-16: The Primordial Mighty River / Flooded Forest (Might to Mighty, as in the kanji (原初の大河), "大" is describing the size of the river, so it looks like they forgot a "y" which isn't a surprise considering the numerous other spelling mistakes.

If this album wasn't supposed to have fixed the errors that the Sumthing Else release had, feel free to revert these and the previously corrected tracks.
