I'm basing current composer credits on the ending credits of Ground Zeroes.

Was it confirmed that both games have the same exact staff? Just curious.

No, I just found it very unlikely that they swapped out the entire audio/music staff for the main game.

Sure, just wanted to know if it was 100% confirmed.

Digital version is up and I think it's missing exactly the licensed tracks (The Man Who Sold the World, Here's to You, Not Your Kind of People, Nuclear), 46 tracks vs. expected 50 on the CDs.

Interesting to note (basically confirm) Forssell as de facto main composer (with just two tracks by Gregson-Williams for instance).

Actually I'm not that surprised, considering that it was Forssell that was interviewed as 'the' music composer some time ago. On the other hand I'm surprised because he hasn't that much experience yet (at least not going by his artist page here) and Konami letting him take over the entire thing? A bit weird perhaps.

But Konami isn't known for rational decisions lately anyway, so who knows?

I'm surprised with how little Gregson-Williams contributed. And the lack of other composers on this OST compared to the game(s) credits.

Forssell was presented as the lead a long time ago, you're (of course) correct. I just didn't expect him to take over this much.

Oh well, I've yet to listen to the OST and see where it positions itself for my tastes.
