K-O records started in 2005 to bootleggin'.
Their site born around last month of 2004, they started before with Game Soundtrack (KO-99xxx).
Their first releases anime OST about Studio Ghibli were probably around last 2005/2006 since Ghibli reprint all his OST during the 2005 under Tokuma label.
I can remember clearly at some fair of Music here in Italy (about 9/10 years ago) their first products, it was a newer label compared Miya (born in 2003) and other company like Smile Face.
Miya, Allion and Smile Face were available years before compared K-O Records
Some of their first release, ex. KO-88015 has Japan counterpart release in middle 2006, KO-88020 in January 2007.

Same as Miya Records, it appears K-O's website is gone. They might actually be defunct.
