This doesn't seem to be related to animation or video game so I've disabled it.

We already have some original vocal albums by voice actors, so I think some entries I recently submitted should not be disabled since they are also by voice actors and some notable anime composer such as Katsuhiko Kurosu, Satoru Kosaki and Keiichi Okabe are involved in. Or could anyone please tell me the decisive difference? Thanks.

Original vocal albums by voice actors are not relevant to vgmdb. Just because some of them have been accepted in the past is not a reason to add more. Especially since nowadays basically every popular voice actor also has a singing career, it strikes me as something we should be stricter about before everything gets out of hand as some genres (*cough* tokusatsu *cough*) have done in the past.
>Katsuhiko Kurosu The exception for works albums is generally not applied to vocal song composers such as Katsuhiko Kurosu. Looking at his artist page I don't see a single works album that has been accepted in the past due to his contributions (I can only see two works albums, both of which were accepted for other reasons). >Satoru Kosaki and Keiichi Okabe As I said when I disabled the entries, I don't see a few songs by Kosaki or Okabe as a reason to submit entire unrelated vocal albums. |
