Any ideas where the arranger credit for Douglass Fake came from? The booklet lists him as a producer on the album and I can't find anything elsewhere to say his role was any more than that.
Thinking it's a mistake but putting this up here for discussion in case anyone has a source to say he was involved in the music arrangement.

Likely a mistake. He sure has a lot of credits as a producer though. Owns Intrada by the way.
