Since Storia is the furigana for 物語, Monogatari shouldn't be used.

Yes, i know that the manga can be named "Marccero Storia" (and yet on Natsumi Itsuki's wikipedia page, it's written too "Marcello Storia").

But everywhere on the web, this album is named "Marcello Monagatari (Story)":

I don't see anywhere the CD called "Marccero Storia".
So i'm Ok for the name of the product represented, but not the CD.
So i don't understand why you changed my title? (maybe you don't like the translation, but it is the good title for this CD...)

And you have changed the name for the lyrics too. I have found "Arisu Satou" in my searchs (it is written too on CDJapan page). You are really sure that it is Alice Sato? (You speak Japanese?)

Marcello Monogatari is very wrong, since there's furigana. You can read it up on wikipedia if you don't know what it is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Furigana
Ignored furigana a very common mistake you will find on the internet.

As ugly as it is, it's still the official japanese romanization for the product and it should be used. It's not a matter of liking it or not, it's literally the official title.
If the manga was licensed in English and had another title, you could put that in the 4th line, but the display title should still be the japanese romanization.

As for the artist, CDJapan is not a good source for romanizations. We have the artist page right here, I assume the reading comes from english credits on an official release: http://vgmdb.net/artist/9800

But I think too to people who search this CD on VGMdb: because this CD is known everywhere with the title "Marcello Monogatari", they'll write this title on search engine and they find nothing here...
So i don't sure that a lot of people attribute some importance to a perfect romanization or not...

Well, all I can say about the lyrics, I have " 佐藤ありす" in my booklet (no scanner, sorry )
And so Anime News Networks do a mistake too (name is also Arisu Satô):

I understand that, but it's still wrong. Just because it's a widespread error on the internet it doesn't mean we should use it.
Story is just as wrong since the furigana reads ストーリア which clearly means Storia, italian for Story.
That being said, it's pretty evident that Marccero is a mistranslation of the italian name Marcello and they meant that here. I guess we can put "Marcello Storia Image Album" on the 4th line as that's the intended title and can help with searches.

Not easy...

"Satou Arisu" is the straight pronunciation of the name in japanese. Since "Arisu" is not a japanese name and means "Alice", you should use that (just like you wouldn't use straight romanizations for loanwords in tracklists).
About Sato/Satou, we know from other album credits that the artist preferred her name to be spelled as "Sato" (this is very common by the way), so the correct name is "Alice Sato".

No. Having furigana means you should ignore the original reading of the word, at least as far as VGMdb goes.
