So, yeah, the guys at OC ReMix finally sell out . There's further information at this post and a bit of a discussion on the album conception at OC ReMix forum. Product information was obtained from here and here.

This is an iTunes-only release for now, but they're trying to open more options. Not that it matters, being a Mega Man-related product it will be canceled the week before the release

And I'm glad that guys and girls at OC ReMix do get chances like these, especially if it allows some of them to move into a professional vgm composer careers, like some of them have already done.

I think he meant that because this is a commercial-only release.

That said, this isn't the first game company they've worked directly with. They did some work with Eidos Montreal for that Deus Ex album project too.

As long as virt keeps getting gigs and doing better than certain someones, I'm happy. There are certainly various people over there that I do happen to like and wish well.
