Missing scan of the back (mine's a promo copy with a "NOT FOR SALE" notice) and last two booklet pages (mine's signed). If anyone could scan and upload them it'd be great.

Your disc also has SAMPLE printed around the spindle hole, which is common for many Japanese promos. For consistency, I guess that should be replaced by a disc without the extra print.

I think your disc + back insert with promo sticker should be uploaded, too, but perhaps make a new entry for it? (I'm not sure what vgmdb's policy is regarding promo CDs which are identical to retail albums, except for a sticker and the additional screen print on the disc (SAMPLE)...)

That's true, I can upload the back scan then and mark it with (promo) for reference. I'll mark the CD (promo) too. Don't think an additional entry is necessary since that'd require an extra entry for pretty much all albums.
