i Think it should be "Bandcamp" and not "bandcamp".
As stated in the title of the official webpage (and numerous times on that page too, also on faq page). I think the logo in lowercase is just a style. |

Yeah, it seems "Bandcamp" is used everywhere on their website, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
I can only find "bandcamp" in the logo. |

Does Bandcamp lack a notion of catalog numbers, or these artists just don't number their own releases, unlike Eastern doujin circles?

I think that artists choose such details and apparently 99% of them don't care about catalogue numbers. (current page 3 has some cat numbers, a miracle xD)
