Just has a "Coming Soon" tag on it and based on other vinyls this will presumably be somewhere between $15 and $30. I'll update as information becomes available.

It's been sitting as "Coming Soon" for over 3 years, but finally went up a few hours ago.
Also this part at the bottom is equal parts fun and disappointing: "WE DESIGNED THIS REISSUE TO INCLUDE A BOOKLET CONTAINING ESSAYS FROM ID SOFTWARE’S JOHN CARMACK AND AMERICAN MCGEE. A CERTAIN UNNAMED VIDEO GAME PUBLISHER MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO INCLUDE THIS IN THE PACKAGE, SO PLEASE HONOR THEIR WISHES BY NOT CLICKING HERE TO EVEN SEE THE ESSAYS OR HERE TO PRINT THE BOOKLET OUT FOR YOURSELF." |

And the notes section on the page is gone now. Luckily the page and PDF they linked to were archived.

I have added the catalog number exactly as it appears on the release. I have checked and as far as I can tell it doesn't appear as "NULL0.5" anywhere, so I assume this is the correct way to go about it even though it looks a bit funky.
