There are some vocalists uncredited in the book for: YAHMAN Run-Lord!, Sei-chan-Death, the start of So Much More, Sky Tower.
Also for those interested the lyrics aren't completely in the book if you take that into account.

I don't know about Sei-chan-Death, but I'm fairly confident those other tracks are just samples. It's pretty common for Iwasaki to use sampled vocals.

- Added English tracklist (from iTunes), some notes about it:
- They decided to just drop the [...] subtitle stuff from all of Disc 1, include the English-only subtitles (M14,15) but they didn't drop the English-only ones on disc 2 (M10~12), so not sure what's up with that.
- They changed Espérance to Esperance

I think it's safe to say that the vocals on Sei-chan-Death are done by Dougen Kubota, considering his contribution to the Ulysses soundtrack.
