Found a photo of a copy with the same cat. number but with a slightly lower price listed on the front of the obi (3,008 yen).

This is just a reprint of the album which took place after the appearance of the tax of 3% in April 1989.
You can find plenty of albums at this price after this date, but the base price remains 3200 Yen (easily identifiable with the number "32" in the stem of the catalog number).
