This appears to have been the publisher of the Super Famicom Magazines and the other TIM albums we know about. The wiki has a piece of info that might be of interest but I can't make out exactly what it says (特記事項:1997年6月1日に徳間書店と合併し解散。). I wonder if any of the other magazines ever came with CDs.
