Is this the same as "VATL-4001'? Also a reprint.

Yes. All three should be listed, with the original print being the Antinos Records. The data here should be accurate. When I posted this review, I owned two of the versions and I consulted online with a person who had the third. Strangely, one of the small changes across the prints was that one has "Sound Track" and another has "Soundtrack" for the front page title.
