Composer database?
Are there any sites (English or Japanese) dedicated specifically to listing the games a composer has worked on (as opposed to just albums)?

MobyGames and Wikipedia are probably your best bets, although neither are comprehensive and dedicated. I think VGMdb is working on something like this though, if I'm not mistaken.

You can find many here: http://vgcomposer.kg13.com/
and some there: http://www.vgmrush.com/games.php |

as well as all the sites above, sometimes just browsing around emulated music sites (project2612, snesmusic, penultimate GBS etc.) will find you composer credits that aren't available elsewhere. they don't always bear scrutiny, however, so it's better not to take anything as gospel without further research.
it would be awesome to see the relevant information from all these places centralised on vgmdb, which I'm sure is the idea once the product table is in place.
