Money & promotion?
This album was produced in 2002 (3 years before the game was released)..
It should have been called "music that could fit in Quake 4" ..

The copyright and distribution info on the back cover looks fake, come to think of it.

I don't know.. and i can't remember where i get the scans from.

edit:
i never paid much attention to the copyrights before..
But yeah in sounds weird in a way, the whole copyrights is related to rammstein (label, url..), and they does not appear at all in the album.

I don't know how the covers was made, but i think it's better than the usual photoshoping/computer rendered false covers.
Scans looks really like they were scanned, there are imperfections in these scans.. (grain, crackling), you can also see on the front scan, the left & bottom border are used and got a little shadow.. meaning it's probably a case or some kind of box (normal for 2 cds), and not only a paper.

Any other comment on this?
Of course if it's fake it have to be removed.

Looking at the scans I think it's a real printed cover. Of course, a fan could print out the covers and CDs himself (and even sell them). That would make it a... bootleg compilation album?

This could be similar to the Soundquakes bootleg compilation, which had a pressed disc and printed booklet. That one wasn't even all Trent Reznor music, the last 2 tracks are Depeche Mode songs.
