All info taken from here:

I have an issue with the tracklist translation.

1) Track 8 originally titled "厩舎" and mistranslated (imho) as "Back Home". The only translation I know for 厩舎 is "barn; stable" but I can be wrong.

Any comments about this?

Well, I'd say it was a mistranslation too. Even if the word has two meanings, barn or stable make more sense for a horse racing game.

And as for track 10 "本馬場", this glossary of japanese horse-racing terms has "本馬場入場" as "post parade".

I've changed "Back Home" to "Stable" (more fitting than barn for a horse racing game) but track 10 is definetely hard to translate, I'm sure that is a equestrian term and possibly related to what Gigablah found out.

Kanji for Kanji 本馬場 is:
本 (ほん): book; main; head; this; our; counter for long cylindrical things; (もと) origin; original.
馬 (うま): horse, promoted bishop
場 (じょう): place; facility
馬場 (ばば): horse-riding ground

And in romaji "本馬場" is "honbaba" which is found in two track titles of the following albums: http://vgmdb.net/db/albums.php?id=5311, http://vgmdb.net/db/albums.php?id=3646

If nobody finds more information about this term, I will go with "Honbaba".

Why a second print after... one month?

There might be a clue here:
http://homepage3.nifty.com/tanelorn/...series/t/a.htm

According to that page the first release only has 12 tracks instead of 16. Maybe they accidentally omitted those tracks? Can't be sure without a physical copy, though.

I would like to add the credits leave out George Young, who plays the Tenor Sax and solos. He is pictured on Page 1 on the upper left square, in the group photo on Page 2 and the fourth photo in on Page 4.

Young's solos: "Let's Name The Pasture," "Paddock" and "Ending Theme".

As you can see, the booklet is riddled with more than a few errors on the credit page including naming some musicians twice. Perhaps this is why the disc has a reprint.

I just got a copy of the first print of this soundtrack (WDCD-30115) and the disc has all 16 tracks on it. The link you posted above is dead now, but I'm not sure where they got the idea that it only had 12 tracks. Perhaps there was actually one other print before this one that had that mistake.

As for why they printed another run of this album (WDCD-30130) a month later, I can only speculate that they either sold out of this run more quickly than expected, or as has been pointed out, to correct the credit errors in the booklet. If I find a copy of WDCD-30130 for a reasonable price, I'll pick it up and compare the booklets.
