It looks like this album also contains an original song (not used in the game) performed by genθ (Gen Theta — ゲンシータ), which is one of mamomo's side projects.

I added the Japanese track list with track lengths and the catalog number.

For now, I added images of the case front & back (sealed), front, back, booklet front, and Obi.

I'll add the rest of the images tomorrow (booklet pages, discs, trays, etc).

Okay, all images have been uploaded.

I updated the notes with composer/vocal/lyrics crdits for the two genθ songs. In the booklet, music & lyrics are credited to M.G and vocals are credited to umino. But in mamomo's comment about the tracks, he reveals that he is M.G and umino is sea-no. I've added M.G and umino to the appropriate fields, but linked them to the mamomo's and sea-no's respective artist pages and left a note about the aliases in the notes.
