Masanao Akahori occasionally gets credited as "Opasu" and "Opus Corp" - would be a good idea to link those with him.

Thanks for the info. I linked the 'Opasu' ones up, all of which were Super Famicom magazines.

Since one of the Assault Suits Valken soundtracks is credited to "GOBLIN SOUND", does that mean Akahori is part of that group?

That would certainly interest me if it is the case. I notice there's some Mahjong albums in the credits for GOBLIN SOUND, and Akahori is already on record as doing the music for Super Real Mahjong P V and VI (source: GMCL)
EDIT: just as an aside - there's what appears to be a picture of him in the scans for "Assault Suits Valken". a potential profile pic, methinks.

I've noticed something on this release - Akahori is listed under his name and Opasu simultaneously (for different tracks), which currently doesn't make a lot of sense with Opasu as an alias. I guess it would make more sense to change Opasu to a group/sound team, since there are also other OPUS CORP composers (Jun Enoki at least, probably others too though I don't know any by name). It's my bad for suggesting it be an alias in the first place - sorry!

I noticed that F1 Roc I (Exhaust Heat) and II are not listed under his discography.

Afaik those haven't seen any OST releases, so nothing that can be added to the discography.
