I am not sure みやぢ credited on Yumeiro Alouette is the same as the Miyaji who's credited with a couple of soundtracks in our database.
Aside from the different writing of the name the latter one has only worked for Akabeisoft2 & brands so far - it doesn't look like he's freelance to compose for Visual Art's games. And there's basically no further information on the composers.

Hmmmmmm, I think you're right. I swear I had something showing みやぢ working on an Akabeisoft game or something like that, but it looks like I mixed up developers somewhere in the shuffle.

This blog post about a thank you party at Akabeisoft in 2012 includes Miyaji as one of the staff members so he's definitely an employee. Meanwhile みやぢ was doing the mana game Mashiro Summer in 2011 so yeah.
