I added Soyo Oka to this release (Ice Hockey is listed on her site here.) It's funny, I often see Ice Hockey credited to Koji Kondo as well - maybe he wrote the additional music on the FDS version.

Did Koji Kondo really do all those other sports games, or are there possibly some more artists that will need to be credited once we find them out?

the VGMdb post you linked to is talking about two completely different games. (They're both Japanese only FDS games) The game credited on the album is the 1984 NES Golf game. As far as I know, that game is a port of the Vs. Golf game, and it shares the same soundtrack. (I would love confirmation on this though)

And yes that's correct. Kondo also worked on the Arm Wrestling arcade game, as it shares the unused song from the Punch-Out game and various SFXs.
